Alana and Alyssa
Alana De Garza's beautiful face has left an impression on small screens. De La Garza born 1976 to her Irish mother and a Mexican father from Columbus Ohio. In the next few years, she moved to Texas to pursue an athletic therapy profession at the University of Texas. De La Garza didn't stay long in Texas before relocating to Florida, Orlando. There she played various roles ranging in local independent films as well as international commercials. The actress quickly discovered her love to perform, despite tiny parts. When she moved into New York, in 2001 she got her first part as a performer on All My Children. Through the first half of 2000 she was seen in tiny part for JAG Vegas as well as Two and a Half Men. She landed her major role in the year 2004, on the underrated drama The Mountain. De La Garza, who played Maria Serrano on The Mountain was lucky to be able to appear alongside many famous TV actors, such as Barbara Hershey Oliver Hudson Penn Badgley Mitch Pilegget and Mitch Pilegget. She was A.D.A. on Law & Order in 2006. Connie Rubirosa. She appeared in 85 episodes. Then, she appeared in The Law & Order: LA short-lived sequel. This character was a hit and has earned De La Garza several nominations such as Best Supporting Actress - Television by the Imagen Foundation Awards and even several ALMA Award noms. In 2008, she won the Impact Award for Outstanding Performance in a Dramatic Television Series from the National Hispanic Media Coalition. De La Garza was then selected as a regular actor in CSI Miami. She played Marisol Deko as well as the wife of David Caruso's character Horatio. Her most recent appearance on TV was on the character Dr. Lena Solis on NBC's mildly darker comedy Do No Harm. It was eventually cancelled after just two episodes. Alyssa Milano.............................Alyssa Jayne Milano was born on December 19 1972 in the Bensonhurst section of Brooklyn New York City to fashion designer and talent manager Lin Milano and film-music editor Thomas M. Milano. She is from Italian origin and has a younger brother Cory who is ten years older than her. Her family was a very conservative and religious one. Milano was just seven years young when her babysitter drove Milano to a talent show. Her audition was in the top 1,000 applicants. She was selected as the only girl. Milano appeared in advertisements in both Broadway and on TV as well, such as the American musical version from Jane Eyre.
